Welcome to Stay Safe, the Company teaching personalised self-defence that works.

Our Mission Statement

Everyone has the right to feel safe in the workplace, but sometimes the safety of your staff can be compromised. The aftermath of a robbery or assault can leave staff demoralised or even injured; causing the individual lifelong trauma which can affect their ability to perform normally in the workplace. An incident can also be costly to the employer and cause insurance payouts for replacing stolen goods or paying damages to injured staff; add unwanted press attention over the incident and you have a workplace nightmare. Perhaps the best method is to arm your workforce with the knowledge to act correctly.

At Stay Safe, our aim is to make each individual aware of potentially dangerous situations and how best to protect themselves and those around them from the dangers of personal attack.  Rather than becoming a victim, we will encourage your staff to play a proactive part in looking after themselves and colleagues when under threat of attack, but that doesn’t mean jumping into a fray; the first thing we will teach is how to keep a situation as calm as possible and to understand how inappropriate action can aggravate the situation and result in potential injury.  We aim to provide staff with the know how to be aware of suspicious behavior or potential confrontations; how to remove themselves from situations calmly; how to handle robbery, and as a last resort: How to take down an assailant. Talking an attacker down is preferable to dealing with the aftermath of an attack, such as the legal and economical complications.

Stay Safe's courses are flexible to suit your needs and are a great team building excersise.  Our team of instructors and staff will make sure we cover every aspect of the course to suit your needs and give participants a fun and varied day out, with plenty of opportunities for hands on experience.
